The Yoga breathing exercises, known as pranayama, revitalize the body and help to control the mind, leaving you feeling calm and renewed, since the practice of positive thinking and meditation increases the enlightment and power of the mind and the concentration.

TAI CHI : [RETURN TO THE TOP]
It's moving the same way the universe moves: like the waves, the trees or like the flying of birds, in harmony with themselves.
You do a series of circular, slow and smooth exercises, coordinated with the breathing. The mind must be blank, without a thought.
The end is to accomplish: health and longevity. It can also be used as physical exercice and personal defence. Due to the softness and slowness of the movements, it provides an internal massage over all the organs, muscles, tendons, ligaments, etc., as a calm and profound relaxation.

   INDIVIDUAL WORKOUT

The individual workout in a room consists on several programs that can be adapted to the student needs:

Maintenance.

Specific Program: Women special Circuito
Complete and intense program of not more than 45 minutes, to improve the aerobics capacity and shape the "conflicting" areas of the woman's body.

All these programs take into consideration the same purpose:

What changes is the way to do the exercise, (number of series, repetitions, increase or decrease of charge, rhythm of the exercise) to suit the required program.
